high place engraved into rocks in the cathedral, which has two rows of
columns. These columns are divided into three landing stairs cathedral.
Castle Monastery Church (Selime)
One
of the biggest religious organizations in Cappadocia. VIII of the
monastery. and XIV. century, or X. century, and figured frescos within
the church of the X. With the end of XI century. century are dated
between the heads. Ascension, gospel, such as the depictions of the
Virgin Mary there.
High Church (Central)
The church is known as monastery, is a stone masonry on steep rocks. Approximately 3 km from the city center.
Red Church (Sivrihisar)
Red Church was named for the red cut stone. Church Vth-VIth of the church.
Antique Nora Viransehir (Helvandere Town)
Established
at the foot of the town of Aksaray, 30 km south of Mount Hasan, had
been settled since Roman and Byzantine period. There are many ruins of
churches in town today. Standing buildings belong to Byzantium period.
If these churches are partially demolished, various frescos are still
draw attention.
